We have two programs:

• CHAPTER 7, which is a straight bankruptcy where you wipe out all of your bills and get a fresh start.
• CHAPTER 13, which is a bill consolidation plan under the protection of the bankruptcy law. Chapter 13 is not a straight bankruptcy – it is an alternative to straight bankruptcy. It is a special repayment plan under the United States Bankruptcy Code. It is the plan that we use in our bill consolidation program.

Our Central office is located at 2610 Montana Avenue – close to 5 Points – in El Paso, Texas. We also have an Eastside location at 11351 James Watt Blvd., Bldg. C-100, located off of Lee Trevino. Both locations offer plenty of free off-street parking and are handicap accessible.
